What are negative ions?
We are electromagnetic beings and our brains and hearts are hugely complex electrical organs. Our energy field or biofield thrives in a negatively charged state. Our natural electromagnetic state is the same as the earths resonance, healthy negative ions. ( thats why we feel better walking barefoot on the earth or on a beach – our body is trying to bring itself into balance from its exposure to positive ions).
In the case of Ions and our health, we need to forget that positive means good – in this instance Negative is the good guy!
Negative ions are the resonance of nature, in which people thrive mentally and physically.
Negative ions are rich in oxygen and are lower in their gravitational field, which puts no stress on the human organs and nervous system and is in tune with the frequency of the heart.
Most things have an electromagnetic field or frequency(EMF) which emits Electromagnetic radiation (EMR). These terms are used interchangeable so to avoid confusion I will use only EMF from now on.
The EMF that are concerning to health are those with positive charged frequencies. These are the fields that emanate from all forms of domestic appliances, telecommunications, the production and transmission of electricity, bluetooth, microwaves, WIFI, flourescent lights along with the lesser known Earth generated Radiation (Geopathic Stress) and Bioplasmic Radiation (Human Generated).
What all these various EMF’s have in common is they all create an unhealthy Positive Charge Resonance within their field, and remember, in this instance this is not positive for us!
